A Lock N’ Key self storage was originally constructed in 1972 by
the Days Inn Corporation and was a shining example of a modern luxury hotel. The property
was eventually converted to over one hundred one bedroom apartments. The most recent
renovations took one year to complete and have left A Lock N’ Key poised as one of
Mid-town’s most modern storage facilities. We are proud of our role in cultivation
growth and development in the downtown area.A
Lock N’ Key is situated in the heart of the medical center of Memphis, directly
across from the VA hospital. We have units ranging in size from 25 to 400 square feet. All
of our unites are clean, well lit, and we have resident managers on sight. Our property,
and yours, is protected by a computerized gate access system, security surveillance
cameras, and an individual alarm on every unit. We offer free courtesy carts with two
spacious industrial elevators. Climate control is also available, and pest control is done
monthly. We are open seven days a week. We accept major credit cards, and we offer rental
trucks and trailers for your convenience.

We wouldn’t expect you to pay for anything we would be uncomfortable paying for
ourselves. That’s why there are no hidden fees at our facility. Many or our
competitors quote you a price over the phone and then when you get there, they have
forgotten to mention the administration fees, the security deposits or the outrageous late
fees that can add up to more than four times your normal monthly rent. Some establishments
might offer move in specials like "first month free" but when you do the math
the deal really isn’t a deal at all. We offer a great value at a fair price so
everything is up front, and we can leave all the double talk to the competition. |
